This has nothing to do with saving money... except that I got the idea from the Free Craft eBook: 31 Cupcake Inspired Creations. These cute cupcakes fizz when dropped in the bath. How cute!!! I need to figure out how to have a spa party now. I love these. There are tons of other cute ideas for gifts in the book too.
